"Poor! It was Sunday afternoon and I ordered some veg items from Moti Mahal Delux located at the food court of Bhutani City Centre 32 (Previously Logix City Centre). I ordered Dal Tadka, Paneer Makhani Bhurji, Rice and Butter Tandoori Roti. First they asked me to wait for 20-25 minutes which I thought was ok since the food court was full. Damm! It took them 50 minutes to serve my food and their Dal was so thin that even Railways gives you better Dal in trains! Just bad food. Only their paneer I would say was decent. Just avoid this outlet please!"

"One of the most disappointing and unprofessional restaurant experiences I’ve had in years. Sharing this so others don’t go through the same. We placed our order, and only after a long wait did the staff tell us that their gas supply wasn’t working something they already knew but still chose to take our order. They repeatedly told us the food was “coming soon,” but after 1 full hour, they came back with only half the items and no explanation. What made it worse was the attitude. My father, a senior citizen, politely asked for a refund and compensation since they couldn’t deliver the full order. Instead of apologising, the staff behaved rudely and dismissively. When I contacted the manager, he showed zero accountability and actually said that since we got the refund, we should just “get lost.” I was shocked that a business could speak to customers this way. This experience completely disrupted our schedule , we were at the mall for important family event shopping and hadn’t even had breakfast. Yet the restaurant showed no respect for our time, our situation, or basic customer service. I am sharing this review so people can make informed decisions. Consistently respectful service is the minimum anyone expects, and unfortunately, this place failed on every level. I strongly recommend choosing another restaurant that values customers and handles issues with honesty and professionalism."

"We tried Moti Mahal for the first time at Logix City Centre's food court and it was worth a shot to satiate the North Indian cuisine cravings. We ordered a Veg. Combo of Dal Makhani + Butter Naan + Salad along with Tandoori Soya Chaap and Sweet Lassi. Everything tasted delicious and was quite tempting. It was not the best food we had but it did surpass our expectations. The staff is generous and helpful. Plus, their service is quite prompt and the menu is comprehensive yet reasonable. Update: Their Veg. Handi Biryani is lovely and its quantity is amazing."
